Please note the following;
- Maid services the City of Toronto
- Our staff provides interior cleaning duties.
- Our personnel are available to clean all interior household areas EXCEPT that which requires a ladder. Therefore requests to wash walls, ceilings, high cupboards. Etc will be refused on grounds of safety.
- Should the assigned job require more than the value indicated on this certificate, the client is responsible for any additional surcharge based on current rates of $18.00 per hour.
- We utilize the client’s supplies and equipment. Please ensure that you have cleansers, vacuum cleaner (with an extra bag), bucket, mop, rags or cloths available. A full list of suggested supplies is available through our office and on our website.
- Requests for cleaning inside of ovens and refrigerators or for ironing may require special staffing consideration. Please contact us in advance of the service date.
- Our hours of operation are from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Mon through Fri.
